Senior Graphic Designer, Art Director, or UI/UX Designer

We are looking to hire a new, talented designer to our team. We prefer well-rounded candidates with experience in print, digital advertising, websites, or UI/UX design. We do require experience in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. Candidates with WordPress or Elementor experience are preferred. We frequently work with freelancers who are interested in becoming full-time staff in the future, but all are welcome to apply. 

We care what’s in your portfolio first, resume second. 

Position would be in-house during training and onboarding, with the option to work remotely as needed after that.

Accounts Director

We’re in need of an in-house accounts director who is capable of handling day-to-day activities for the firm, such as:


  • Meeting with new or prospective clients to learn their needs and onboarding them into our systems
  • Creating or collecting briefs from clients and ensuring deliverables get to the client
  • Occasionally organizing promotional events and coordinating day-of staffing, such as photographers, videographers, or our social media team
  • Helping maintain staff’s workload balance with help from our Creative Director
  • Reviewing current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and developing solutions within budget constraints
  • Analyzing website conversion rates and the effectiveness of promotions to determine what drives sales or donations, and writing reports for clients with the results
  • Developing marketing strategies for new clients, typically in the nonprofit or small business sectors
  • Brainstorming fresh advertising ideas with our team, particularly for social media
  • Managing the budget for social media ads and Google Ad campaigns
  • Visiting clients at their locations, especially nonprofits
  • Reading over RFPs and helping write proposals for future work using pre-existing templates
  • Maintaining good working relations with vendors and managing client expectations



Bachelor’s degree

6+ years of experience

Strong presentation and writing skills

Experience in managing people and teams

Possess a creative mindset


Preferred Technical Skills

Asana Project Management Software

HubSpot CRM


Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Google Docs, Sheets, Slides

Hootsuite or other social media scheduling tools

Zoom, Microsoft Teams for client meetings


Not Necessary but Nice to Have

Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and/or Photoshop knowledge

Google Grant experience

Salesforce knowledge
