Collecting print quotes
(To get you the best price and the quickest turnaround)

Payment & Quote Acceptance
(Dependent on client's approval and pre-payment if through an online shop)

Sent to Print
(Once approved and paid, we'll submit your project to the printer)

Shipped to Client
(we’ll keep track of your print order until it arrives)

A few important
notes:
The entire printing process can take anywhere from
2-5 hours on average (billed to you at your agreed-upon rate).

Our team relies on your prompt correspondence. Failure to respond in a timely manner will cause delays in your print project timeline. 

Comparing pricing quotes and making your payment

We shop quotes from both local and online printers to get you the best price and fit for your print project!Your project timeline will dictate if we are able to gather quotes from online printers. Quotes sourced from online printers typically take longer which is why this option is not available for projects with tight turnarounds

 

Quotes are typically received from our trusted local printers within three business days. Occasionally, this may take longer, especially during the holidays. We will compile all quotes into a comprehensive quote which we will then submit for your approval. 

Projects only go to print if you formally accept the quote

Payment is only required in advance for online printers. If a local printer was selected, you will have the option to pay the printer directly. A 4% credit card processing fee will be added to the price of your print project if we pay the printer on your behalf.


PLEASE NOTE:

Final prices are subject to change pending finalized artwork. We strive for full transparency, so we’ll work hard to keep you apprised of any price changes. If the price difference exceeds $50, we’ll seek your approval before sending to print. 

Shipping straight to your door

Once your print project is sent to the printer, our work is done. However, we’ll follow up with you after the scheduled delivery or pick-up date to make sure everything met your expectations!

If you’ve opted for a business shipping address with an online printer, we aren’t responsible for delivery delays or missed deadlines.
